I am not currently accepting full renovations that include structural changes to the home. I am however, accepting whole home jobs that do not include structural changes.
Yes! I am accepting clients that are in need of kitchen renovations that include changing finishes such as flooring, cabinetry, cabinet layout, backsplash, etc. I am also accepting clients in need of bathroom renovations that encompass the same scope.
The short answer is that you do. I am not a licensed General Contractor so I am not able to hire and pay the subcontractors. What I can do is contact the subs, schedule the subs and help to communicate your expectations clearly to the subcontractors as needed throughout the process. The invoices will however, be paid by you directly to the subcontractors.
There are a couple of ways that this can be done. Option1: With my design boards, I will include links for you to purchase the items yourself. This is a good option if you are wanting to do things over time and don't have the budget to do everything at once. Option 2: I can price out the items, send you an invoice and order the items once funds have been received. Option 3: I keep a card number on file and notify you of when items will be ordered, where from and for how much. This option gives you the freedom to sit back and relax.
